These terms set out the general framework for using Saudi Travel Market pages, exhibition information and service links. They do not replace a stand booking, sponsorship or buyer-programme agreement, or the terms of an independent registration portal.

If a general provision here conflicts with an approved agreement for the same service, that agreement is considered within its scope, without limiting rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may browse content, view participant profiles and request information through the available channels. Use the website for lawful purposes without disrupting the service or harming others’ rights.

• Do not impersonate a person or company, provide misleading information or share material without authority.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass protections, or send abusive messages or malicious software.
• Do not use published contacts for unsolicited campaigns or unlawful collection of personal data.

Pages identify the relevant event year or archive. Past sponsors, statistics and buyer-programme information relate to their stated edition and do not automatically represent commitments for the current one.

Confirm dates, venue and programme details with the team before arranging travel or making a financial commitment. Operational information may change or need correction; obtain decisive details from the relevant official channel.

Forms are submitted to the server after required fields and consent are completed and Submit is pressed. A request is not confirmed until a successful confirmation and reference appear. Keep the reference and contact us if confirmation is not received.

Visitor and media registration and buyer-programme applications use the linked official routes. Check the event year and requirements before applying and keep the confirmation issued by that service.

This interface alone does not issue an entry badge or programme acceptance. Admission may depend on organizer review, eligibility, capacity, and venue or safety requirements communicated to participants.

Stand, sponsorship and service prices are set out in approved offers and agreements. Displaying participation categories or sending an inquiry does not constitute a binding offer of a particular price or space.

The current version does not process on-site payments or request payment-card details in inquiry forms. Before paying through an approved channel, review the payee, invoice, taxes, deadlines and payment terms in your agreement.

Cancellation, change and refund rights depend on the service and the agreement or specific terms disclosed at booking. This page neither promises a general refund nor imposes a single non-refundable rule on all participation.

Historical terms for a previous programme do not automatically apply to later programmes. If dates, venue or services change, review the notice provided to you and the relevant agreement with the responsible team.

Links may take you to registration, meeting, map, travel, accommodation or communication services. Those services operate under their own terms and policies and may require an account or further information.

A company’s inclusion in the partner directory does not guarantee every offer or create a contract on its behalf. Confirm travel, accommodation, visas, prices and cancellation arrangements directly with the relevant provider.

Logos, trademarks, images, text and coverage materials remain subject to their respective rights. Their display does not grant commercial reuse rights or permission to imply unauthorized sponsorship or endorsement.

You may share page links and refer to information with appropriate attribution and context. Request approved media materials and usage permission where needed, and respect the rights of people shown in images.

The pages provide information and contact routes, without guaranteeing a commercial result, partnership or application acceptance. Availability may be affected by maintenance, connectivity or technical issues outside the parties’ control.
