A semi-hosted programme selecting 100 qualified international buyers to connect with over 250 exhibitors from 40 countries. Applications are assessed against qualification criteria; submission does not guarantee acceptance.
Official programme details- A senior role with direct purchasing and contracting authority.
- Represent an active tour operator, DMC, OTA, corporate travel, MICE or luxury travel business.
- Use an official business email; personal email is not accepted.
- Supply the company website and registration details, and demonstrate annual outbound travel volume.
- Hold a visa permitting entry to Saudi Arabia: a valid Saudi visa, or a valid, previously used US, Schengen or UK visa that qualifies for entry.
- Commit to at least eight scheduled meetings and two full exhibition days.
- Accept all programme commitments.
- Three nights in an official four-star partner hotel, including breakfast.
- Daily transport between the partner hotel and the exhibition.
- A schedule of pre-arranged B2B meetings.
- An invitation to the STM gala dinner.
- Full exhibition access and priority networking support.
- Airfares and airport transfers are excluded.
- Participation costs USD 300, non-refundable and payable after acceptance to secure your place.
- Attend at least eight pre-arranged business meetings.
- Complete the company profile in full.
- Keep all confirmed appointments.
- Rate meetings in the official STM meeting platform.
- Attend mandatory networking events where applicable.
- Complete the post-event feedback survey.
- Non-compliance may lead to exclusion from future STM editions.

Receive the decision
Your decision is sent by email before the event. Accepted applicants pay the non-refundable USD 300 fee to confirm participation.
