Cookie policy

Essential cookies support website functions. Optional analytics is off until you allow it. Choose Essential only or change your choice at the bottom of any page. Global Privacy Control (GPC) is respected by disabling analytics.

Rent for Organizing Exhibitions and Conferences operates the Saudi Travel Market website and is responsible for the processing described here. For privacy requests and rights: info@stmksa.com.

stm_privacy stores your signed preference for 180 days and cannot be read by page scripts. It is not used for tracking when analytics is declined. Account session cookies support secure login for up to 8 hours depending on session activity; short-lived two-factor cookies may also be used.

Language, appearance and some interface preferences remain in local storage until changed or site data is cleared. Each report’s stm_report_ cookie permits downloads only after registration and expires with its access grant. Clearing login or download cookies may require signing in or registering again.

stm_visit is a signed session identifier inaccessible to page scripts, created after consent and expiring after 30 minutes of inactivity. We count visible page loads and retain the session source. We do not collect form text, passwords or URL query parameters for analytics.

Where available, a trusted IP is encrypted and linked to a view for 7 days; disclosure is administrator-only and audited. An address does not reliably identify a person and may be shared by several visitors. Visit details last approximately 90 days, then daily counts without identifiers remain.

Open Privacy preferences, turn off Visitor analytics and save. New measurement stops, and the session cookie and visit details linked to this browser’s current choice are removed. Aggregate counts without identifiers cannot be attributed back to you.

You can also clear site data or block cookies in your browser. This may prevent us from linking previous details to your browser for automatic deletion; contact the privacy team if needed.

These choices control local STM analytics. External links, maps, video, registration or email provided by another provider are also subject to its policies. Analytics consent is not marketing consent; no advertising cookies are enabled here.
